Ooooo, you should so open commissions! And so should Reicandy XD I can explain how it's done.
1) Set your prices clearly in a journal and clearly explain what you will and won't do! Also, make sure to say that you only accept PayPal payments. (You can check out my page to see how I've done my layout [link] )
2) Of course your paypal has to be set up at your end but, from there you don't actually do much because if someone orders a commission from you, you just ask them to send it to your paypal e-mail (the e-mail you've linked to your paypal). But don't ask them to send you the payment just yet.
3) Do the commission (duh). What I suggest you do, is do a sketch first and show it to the person who's commissioning you. If they want it to be changed, this would be the perfect time to change your drawing! When they give you the ok, they should pay you half of the overall price. Then when you're done, ask them to pay the remaining amout and then put it up on something like photobucket and send them the full original size. You can upload it to DA as well but, not at full size.
That's basically it. See, it's quite simple ^^ The only thing now, is getting the commissions! I'm quite unlucky and haven't had many (actually, I've only had 1 ^^") but I'm sure you'll get more :3 If you wanna know anything else, please feel free to ask me!

lol... just register to paypal and set up ur rates, and accept commissions, then DONT give away the drawing before they pay u... Put a watermark overlay on it (small size pic) before sending the real file.
But I pretty much don't know how to get the money from paypal... hahah I just accepted commissions and got my money stuck in paypal~
